NOW AVAILABLE!!! Because Lives Depend On It:
Creating a Disaster Action Plan for People and Pets -- The Official State of Texas Pet Preparedness Guide Duly
approved by the Governor's Division of Emergency Management and the Texas Animal Health Commission, this collaborative
work, with Pets America, was created with Texas residents in mind. It is more than a disaster kit list, it walks families
step-by-step through all-hazards planning for a disaster whether "hunkering down" or evacuating. A must-read for
every Texan with animals. Contact Liz Serca if you are interested in obtaining multiple copies
of this document for public distribution.
